Monthly payments required for hosting and VoIP plans (billing day set to N-1). No refunds after 30-day trial. Services subject to acceptable use policy (no illegal activities). Termination with 30 days notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only essential information (first name, last name, business name, email, phone, billing address, domain/DIDs, setup details, non-profit/affiliate data) for hosting and VoIP services. Data is securely stored, never shared with third parties, and used solely for service delivery and billing. Contact ops@tidepool.cloud for details.
