Monthly payments required for hosting and VoIP plans (billing day set to N-1). No refunds after 30-day trial. Services subject to acceptable use policy (no illegal activities). Termination with 30 days notice.

Privacy Policy

We collect only essential information (first name, last name, business name, email, phone, billing address, domain/DIDs, setup details, non-profit/affiliate data) for hosting and VoIP services. Data is securely stored, never shared with third parties, and used solely for service delivery and billing.

SMS Messaging Disclosure

Tidepool Networks, LLC may send you SMS messages related to service notifications, support requests, and manual operational communications. Message frequency varies, typically 1-2 messages per month per number. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Messaging Terms

By providing a phone number to Tidepool Networks, LLC or by initiating SMS with us, you consent to receive SMS communications from Tidepool Networks, LLC at the number provided. Consent is obtained via inbound initiation, verbal opt-in documented in our internal roster for team members, or contractual agreement for operational contacts. We do not sell or rent phone numbers. SMS is used for manual replies to inbound messages and for manual outbound operational texts to contracted team members. This is a mixed-use SMS program.

Privacy Policy – SMS Data

In addition to the Privacy Policy above, when you message us via SMS we collect your phone number, message content, timestamps, and opt-in source. SMS data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and used solely for service delivery, support, and operational coordination. We retain SMS records only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and to document consent. Third-Party Service Providers for SMS: No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All data sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your SMS opt-in information to any third party for any reason other than to deliver the specific services associated with the campaign. However, we may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that assist us in providing messaging services, such as platform providers, phone carriers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages.

Consumer data as it relates to SMS messaging will not be shared with non-affiliated third parties, since explicit one-to-one consent is required for SMS communications.
